RANK ADVISORS:

Rank Advisors advise scouts on advancement.  They meet with scouts shortly after they advance in rank to review the requirements and their goals for attaining the next rank.  Periodic rank meetings will be conducted with all of the scouts working towards a certain rank as well as with individuals to gauge progress.  The leader named helps guide scouts who are working towards the rank listed.
